THE PROJECT MANAGER
Virtual TechPool provides a dedicated Project Manager whose role is to provide visibility and transparency to the many tasks needed to successfully complete the project. The Project Manager will ensure that lines of communicate are clear and concise, and regular updates are provided as to the status of the projects and tasks. The Project Manager will be available 24/7 for the duration of the project to work together with you to make certain that the project deliverables are met as forecasted, under budget and within the scope outlined.
THE PROJECT TEAM
The Virtual TechPool Project Team will be selected for their expertise to fulfill the Project requirements on a Project-by-Project basis. Their responsibilities are to handle the work involved with the components of each project deliverables. Their tasks involve the challenges of managing the commitments and complexity of scope, time, cost, risk and quality under the direction of the Project manager.

Virtual TechPool defines a project as having one or more of the following qualities:
- Takes more than 5 hours to complete
- Provisioning, Setup, and/or Configuration of Network related Hardware or Software
